SCORM organisation licence.

Acceptance

By purchasing or using the SCORM product, the purchasing legal entity accepts these terms.

1. Licence grant

Industrial Linguistics grants the purchasing legal entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased SCORM packages in its own learning-management systems for its internal training.

2. Organisational scope

The licence covers unlimited employees and LMS enrolments within that one legal entity. The licence is perpetual for the version supplied at purchase.

3. Updates and support

The purchase includes package updates and fixes for reproducible package defects for 12 months from the purchase date. It does not include bespoke content, customisation, LMS administration or integration work.

4. Restrictions

The purchaser must not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly host the SCORM packages, or use them to deliver training to clients or other legal entities. A separate written licence is required for those uses.

5. Ownership

Industrial Linguistics retains ownership of the course content, software and all intellectual-property rights not expressly licensed here.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
